In memory of Keith Emerson

"As I write this I'm still somewhat in shock. Keith Emerson, my biggest musical influence on the planet earth and beyond, has left us. It's hard to even know what to say. His gift to me was enormous. His music changed my life and the lives of so many people. He was my hero and showed me what was possible with keyboards in rock music. He was my friend and he possessed a great sense of humor and humility. He was not only a ground breaking musician but also an incredible entertainer and showman. Keith Emerson will live in my heart forever and will be missed."
